Dayton, Wayne Kostroski,
and Mark Haugen are the principals
of Cuisine Concepts, the umbrella organization and operating
company of Tejas, located at 50th and France in Edina, the
Franklin Street Bakery, Tejas Express and a restaurant management
and consulting business. The business relationship began in
1987, and the current partnership was formed in 1994. Cuisine
Concepts also conceived, developed, and manages Bar Abilene
in Uptown, Minneapolis.
Tom Gladbach is the Executive Chef for Tejas.
